2023 세계예술인 한반도 평화선언 함께하여 주십시오.
2023년 7월 27일은 한국전쟁에서 남북간에 정전협정을 맺은 지 70주년이 되는 날입니다. 한국 전쟁은 한민족의 엄청난 비극일 뿐 아니라 국제적인 분쟁으로 확대되어 더 큰 희생을 치뤘습니다.
이런 불안정한 상태가 70년 동안 지속되고 있습니다.
하여 한반도의 평화는 한민족의 평화와 안녕만을 위해서가 아니라 전 세계의 평화를 위해서 하루 빨리 평화 협정으로의 전환이 이루어져야 합니다.
하지만 요즈음의 한반도를 둘러싼 정세는 또 다시 전쟁이 재개될 듯한 분위기가 고조되고 있습니다.
강대국들의 간의 이분법적인 대립구도가 강화되고 한반도 주변에서의 군사훈련들이 확대되면서 핵 무력 사용이라는 단어까지 서슴치 않고 나오는 실정입니다.
최근 우크라이나 전쟁을 보더라도 지금 시대의 전쟁은 단지 지구 저편 한 곳에서의 일어나는 작은 비극으로 끝나는 것이 아니라 전 세계가 동시에 겪게 되는 비극으로 이어지고 있습니다. 어떠한 전쟁이든 멈추어야 하고 다시는 어떤 곳에서도 전쟁이 일어나서는 안 됩니다.
이에, 평화를 자기 사명으로 하는 예술가들이 나서서 한반도의 전쟁을 반대하는 <2023 세계예술인 한반도 평화선언>에 동참하여 주실 것을 전 세계 예술인들에게 제안 드립니다.
시대가 어두우면 예술이 가장 먼저 불을 밝힌다는 말처럼 평화를 사랑하는 전 세계 예술가들의 연대의 힘을 보여 주십시오.
자연과 사람 가까이에서 파괴보다는 생산을 죽음보다는 생명을 더욱 소중하게 만들어가는 것이 예술의 힘임을 보여주십시오.
<2023 세계예술인 한반도평화선언>의 동참에 서명하는 것과 더불어 여러분들의 소중한 작품들인 시, 소설, 에세이, 음악, 노래, 춤, 그림, 사진, 영상, 웹툰, 게임, 연극, 풍물 등 모든 장르의 예술을 조직위원회 홈페이지에 올려 더 많은 이들이 평화의 힘을 공유할 수 있도록 하여 주십시오.

동시에 7월27일 각자 여러분이 있는 곳에서 평화 선언의 뜻에 동참하는 행동들을 진행하여 주십시오. 홈페이지에 함께 공유하여 주십시오.
우리 예술가들의 조그마한 노력이 지구 평화의 불을 밝히는 불씨가 되기를 희망합니다.

Please join us in the 2023 World Artists Declaration of Peace on the Korean Peninsula.
July 27, 2023 marks the 70th anniversary of the armistice agreement between the two Koreas after the Korean War. The Korean War was not only a great tragedy for the Korean people, but also an international conflict, which resulted in greater sacrifices. This instability has been going on for 70 years.
Therefore, the armistice agreement on the Korean Peninsula must be converted into a peace agreement as soon as possible for not only the peace and well-being of the Korean people, but also the peace of the world.
However, the situation surrounding the Korean Peninsula these days is heightening the atmosphere that war will resume again.
As the dichotomous confrontation between the great powers has been strengthened and military training of neighboring countries on the Korean Peninsula has expanded, the word "use of nuclear force" has emerged without hesitation.
Looking at the recent war in Ukraine, the current war is not just a small tragedy happening in one place on the other side of the globe, but it is leading to a tragedy that the whole world suffers at the same time.
Any kind of war must stop and there must never again be a war anywhere.
Therefore, I suggest artists around the world who regard peace as their mission to participate in the <2023 World artist Declaration of Peace on the Korean Peninsula>, which is a world art against war on the Korean Peninsula.
Show us the power of solidarity of peace-loving artists around the world, as the saying goes, art first lights up when times are dark. Show that the power of art is to bring people closer to nature, to value production rather than destruction, and to make life more precious than death.
In addition to signing the <2023 World Artist Declaration of Peace on the Korean Peninsula>, please post your precious works of all genres on the Organizing Committee website (www.artpeace2023.org) so that more people can share the power of peace. ; Poems, novels, essays, music, songs, dances, paintings, photos, videos, webtoons, games, plays, pungmul, etc.
With the names of artists joining the peace declaration, on July 27, 2023, near Imjingak and DMZ, where symbols of division related to the Korean War Armistice Agreement are piled up and melted, the 2023 World Art of Peace on the Korean Peninsula will be declared to the world.
At the same time, from July 27, we ask you to take action where you are and join the will of the Declaration of Peace.
